Veteran Friend or Family Member 30 colours I created a design especially for ANY Veteran of any of the armed services or any family member or friend that wants to honour Veterans and their families I am a Vietnam veteran and I am not telling you because I want you to purchase something, wait I take that back! I read in the news about my fellow veterans committing suicide, P.S.D and the likes. I can not speak for others but I will tell you this, when you get out of the service your uniform goes in a closet, your stripes, bars, buddies and pride go away! Unless someone ask you you will say nothing and then say to yourself why doesn't someone ask me what it was like, why can't I be recognised for my commitment?! For some reason it is not the same when a family member ask, don't know why, just is. This design is not just for veterans but any family member or anyone that knows a veteran or is involved with a Veteran, or maybe just cares. Wives, husbands and children who have been stationed overseas with their loved ones also have been through hardships no one can imagine. It is not all bad there are some good times but if someone does not know about the good times they will never ask! Give you an example, I live in Vegas, I wear my design hat and t-shirt this design has no branch of service, just a design but on the design is a big gold V with an eagle with a dog tag around its neck with the words veteran. It is a big conversation starter. Example: people ask, "are you a Veteran?" I will say "no my Son or Daughter is", you would be amazed at how many have a family member in service. If I say yes I am a Veteran, most folks say, thank you for your service. If it is another Vet I made a new friend! I gave a t-shirt to a mother of a Veteran, the design said "Air force MOM". A total stranger walks up to her and says "thank you for having children in the service", true story. I did not put a branch of service, I mean does it really matter? But I made it so you can add text if you like. So yes I want you to purchase this design not for me, but for every veteran and family that serves this great country.
