I ordered a 16 x 16 pillow. The pillow I received is 13 x 13. Clearly you can see the difference in the size of the pillow ordered and the one I received from the pictures below. I do not want to return or a refund for the pillow, but I do want to be compensated for receiving the wrong item. The colors are a great match.
