I have embellished it, but chose to retain its original antiqued tones as I believe it is so beautiful that way. The pillow looks good and will make a fun gift for our football loving grandson. A fun bedroom decoration for young football players! The printing was fine - it looks the same as on the website. If I was to order again, I would order a polyester or cotton pillow rather than the zipperless one...I think the quality is a little better.
