Vincent van Gogh - Landscape with Carriage & Train Tile
Landscape at Auvers after Rain / Landscape with Carriage and Train, painted in 1890 in oil on canvas by Dutch Post-Impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh in Auvers-sur-Oise. A horse-drawn carriage moves along the road while a steam train crosses the distant landscape, bringing old and modern forms of travel into the same view. The freshly washed countryside is built from bright greens, blues and ochres, with strong diagonal strokes suggesting movement across the fields. The painting belongs to Van Gogh's last months at Auvers, when he was experimenting with broad panoramic compositions and rapidly changing weather.

My fiancé and I were happy when we received the tile. It’s Peru and was worth paying extra for expressing postage. Good quality and it is exactly like we wanted it. We are very pleased.

Just perfect for my needs. I want to use it in my garden as a little memorial to my Nana whose name was Iris :). Printing is just great :)
