Incorporated in this product is "Alpine Flowers" an 1889 tempera on brown paper painting by Anna Stainer-Knittel who lived from 1841 -1915. Anna Stainer-Knittell was an Austrian portrait, landscape, and flower painter who was well-known for her impressive landscapes and floral paintings. She was born in the Austrian Alps, in a small isolated farming community near Elbigenalp in the Lechtal Alps, a stunning Tyrolean mountain chain that is heavily featured in her work.
