Vintage illustration architecture design title Skyscraper by Charles Sheeler, 1922. An urban skyscape featuring tall buildings in the downtown area of a metropolis city. Charles Sheeler was one of the first artists with a new modern style called Precisionism, similar to Art Deco. Art deco focused on high society, whereas Precisionism was more about real people in real life situations.
