The J.W. Knapp Company, or "Knapp's", was a chain of retail department stores based in Lansing, Michigan. The shops began in the late 1800's and went through several name changes in addition to being sold and eventually declaring bankruptcy.

My coasters arrived and one was chipped. I got in touch with Zazzle and had no trouble getting a replacement. I was refreshed with how easy and it was and how customer-focused their service was. The colours are good. Just note these coasters are clay not furry.
