Vintage illustration architectural business industry design featuring the modern architecture of the Knapp's Department store building. The J.W. Knapp Company, or "Knapp's", was a chain of retail department stores based in Lansing, Michigan. The shops began in the late 1800's and went through several name changes in addition to being sold and eventually declaring bankruptcy.
