What a wonderful vintage easter postcard! The older Victorian Easter boy is taking the helm, swinging his sailor hat, and sailing the giant Easter egg, while the little child in the back holds an extraordinarily large bouquet of vintage easter flowers. The little sailing mast is at full sail. Land, Ho! Happy Easter! Those Victorians sure knew how to have fun with their Easter decorations! The Easter image is gorgeous - two beautiful children, a detailed painting of a sailing vessel (that's actually an easter egg), set atop a bright blue sky and green foamy ocean waves. A little seagull flies in the background. The Easter sailing image is from an Easter postcard from the late 1800s.
