Vintage - Fairy in a Hammock,

Vintage illustration by Amelia Jane Murray (aka Lady Oswald), (1800-1896) who was born and raised on the island of Port-e-Chee (meaning fairy music) on the Isle of Mann. She grew up hearing tales about fairies and specialised in painting them. In this image, a fairy enjoys a lazy day lying in a hammock made of spider webs as she daydreams in the midst of a rose bush. The card is blank inside for your handwritten message.
