Vintage floral embroidered carpet, Vivid colours Cushion
This embroidered carpet, created between May 1737 and May 1745, was crafted by Abigail Goodwin and her eldest daughter, Anna-Maria Goodwin. The piece was likely intended as a table covering, with its delicate embroidery reflecting the high value of such decorative textiles in the 18th century. The project took eight years to complete, with the start and end dates (1737 and 1745) embroidered at either end. Sadly, Anna-Maria passed away in 1743, and Abigail continued the work alone for the next two years. Remarkably, this carpet retains vivid, fresh colours, making it stand out from other carpets of the period. Its pristine condition suggests it may never have been used, possibly due to its association with Anna-Maria and her untimely death.[Special Reminder]This is a photographic image reproduction of an antique tapestry, and is not an actual needlework.

Excellent quality, strong fabric and arrived here earlier than expected . Living in the South Pacific I was worried it wouldnt get here in time. Love it! The design, colours and words were just as I expected. Very bold, clear and beautiful. The printing of one of the letters was a bit blurry but hardly noticeable. Love this product!

This is one of the most comfortable throw pillows I have ever had. It is so incredibly soft. Everyone in the family fights over who gets to use it, even the dog. Most of the other pillows end up on the floor when she gets on the couch but not this one. She loves it too! The photos turned out great on this pillow. I'd definitely purchase another one.
