Vintage Glasgow Bevvy Poster
This distinctive alcohol themed poster is based on a vintage temperance movement poster warning against the dangers of drinking too much alcohol. The wording reads, 'The Bevvy' (Scottish for drink). Above is an illustration of a deathly pale blue eyed man in a Forties style hat who is clearly boozing too much. You can see part of his skull through the pint glass of lager in the foreground. The warning is clear - booze too much ... and you die! The original vintage poster is on view at the People's Palace museum in Glasgow, Scotland. I've added a green border to match the ghoulish skull but you can easily change this to suit simply by using the customise border.
