Vintage Kodiak Salmon Label Glass

On the front: the left half of label from a can of mythical Kodiak Brand Sockeye Salmon circa 1879. The monochrome (brown) image features a Kodiak Bear (Ursus arctos middendorffi). Text reading "Kodiak Brand Sockeye Salmon" and, "Contents About One Pound" also appears; as does information about cooking the contents. On the reverse: the right hand half of the label depicting a Sockeye salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka). Text reading, "Kodiak Brand: and "Packed By The Afognak Packing Company, Kodiak Alaska" along with the cooking instructions. It is rare to find a label this old in such good condition. There is only minor discoloration, and a small tear in the upper left corner.
