Our vector version (any size, up to 60" x 40") of a vintage hotel label for the Ledra Palace Hotel in Nicosia, Cyprus, showing a gryphon. (The griffin, griffon, or gryphon is a legendary creature in Greek mythology with the body of a lion and the head and wings of an eagle. )
The Ledra Palace Hotel is located in central Nicosia, Cyprus, and until 1974 was one of the largest and most glamourous hotels of the capital. Following the Turkish invasion of Cyprus it fell within the boundaries of the UN Buffer Zone and now serves as the headquarters for Sector 2 United Nations Roulement Regiment (URR) part of UNFICYP.
