The illustration in this poster was pasted into an old scrapbook. It appears to have been taken from a children's book printed in the late 1800's. On the back of the page the first paragraph reads "Do you love to hear pretty stories, read from a nice little book? If you wish to know how they're printed, At this pretty picture look." The illustration shows a printer working on a large iron hand press. A nice poster to hang on a print shop wall. Our posters and photographs have been digitally repaired if badly torn or severally marked, but aging, smudges, wrinkles and normal wear have been left as in the original image. See also matching greeting card.
