Vintage Octopus Illustration (Valdivia Expedition) Key Ring

For anyone who loves octopi, ocean creatures, and vintage illustrations. It's from the Deutsche Tiefsee-Expedition (German Deep-Sea Expedition), a scientific expedition organised by the German Empire under Kaiser Wilhelm II and named after the SS Valdivia, the ship which was outfitted for the expedition. It was led by the marine biologist Carl Chun and the expedition ran from 1898-1899 with the purpose of exploring the depths of the oceans below 500 fathoms. This iconic octopus is one of his illustrations, digitally modified to alter the colour of the original. You may edit or delete the text and/or the background colour.
