I inquired if it could be done by a certain date and yes was the response.
I paid the extra cost for having it delivered early.
The personalized item was delivered after the event. Therefore no use to me.
They acknowledged the error and offered me a discount on a future purchase.
Are they kidding? Purchased for a wedding reception, the day came and went prior to receiving the product.
Doesn’t necessarily matter how they look at this point.
