I received the mug within five days of ordering, it was packaged so that the mug arrived safely, and the coffee mug was a high quality mug. It looks so amazing. I can't wait until my son opens this up on Christmas. My son's name was printed in the exact, correct place on the volleyball. ( On both sides of the mug! )
