Votes for Women vintage illustration t-shirt

It seems necessary to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment. Universal suffrage was a longstanding demand of women worldwide, including with a vocal US movement that began in the mid-19th century and culminated with a (male) vote supporting equal voting rights in 1919. By mid-1920, enough states had approved the amendment that this landmark achievement was officially adopted in the US Constitution. Ten years prior, the illustrator Hilda Dallas created several designs for Women's Suffrage posters and publication covers, and this is our favorite (a Joan of Arc rendition is also well-known).
