VW Van St. John’s T-Shirt

How This Design Happened I’ve always loved old VW vans. They’re basically the official vehicle of “I live in the Pacific Northwest and drink coffee strong enough to wake Bigfoot.” I tried to avoid designing one because Portland Gear already claimed the whole “van life” vibe… but then my brain went, “What if we just trashed it?” So instead of a shiny hipster-mobile, I drew a rusted-out, post-apocalyptic VW van parked under the St. John’s Bridge. Think Mad Max, but with more moss and fewer leather pants. I threw in some overgrown greenery, slapped on a comic book vibe, and boom — Portland’s unofficial getaway car for the end of the world. Basically, this is the van you take when the city falls apart but you still need to make it to Forest Park before sunset.
