Walking around the Lough in Cork, Ireland Two-Tone Coffee Mug

The Lough is a lake in a suburb of Cork. It is a wildfowl preserve, particularly for swans, and has been a protected area since 1881. The Lough is also used for coarse angling (on a 'strictly catch and release basis') and is home to fish species such as carp, eel, tench, rudd and perch. Thank you, Wiki for that info. The outer border of the body of water at the Lough is just over a kilometer so it suits walkers who want a sense of achievement. This acrylic painting was created by a local Cork artist.
