After searching through the thousands of options, my 13 year-old and I finally were able to agree on a design. We designed together with the many font and color options and came up with something that we both loved. The design process was very easy, and for someone who has neither any creative juices, nor any design experience. I would say my only negative experience with is reaching their customer service. Very long hold times on the phone . The colors printed spot-on and it really looked just as we designed it.
