The beach at Watergate Bay stretches for over a mile of fine golden sands backed up by the towering cliffs that surround the beach. Watergate Bay is a popular beach not only during the busy summer months but all year round, particularly with surfers as the Atlantic Ocean facing beach is open to the huge swells that can provide some excellent surfing conditions.
