Not sure why they call it budget... The quality is fantastic. I chose lots of design components (vet happy this design allowed me to manipulate the graphics) and everything ame out great. I chose linen paper, lots of colors & design. Everything was vibrant and clear. Not what I was expecting for "budget". Great quality!!
