I just re-placed my order yesterday, but this review is mainly for your Quality Control and outstanding customer service. After I originally placed my order, I got an email notice from the QC team alerting me there was a problem w my order. Since the background during checkout is white, I didn't realize that my picture did not strech out and there were white boarders where there should have been background for the picture. I believe any other company would have just shipped out my product and called it a day. Customer service was so amazing about helping me cancel and re-place my order exactly how I needed it to be. Second review to follow with printing quality.

My fiance and I LOVE this Wedding Fingerprint Tree - Rustic Poster. It will be a perfect supplement for a guestbook at our wedding. However, please beware... don't have it framed before you have your guests put their inked fingerprints on it... the frame is professionally done and cannot be disassembled to allow access to the poster without permanently damaging the framing components. Better to order the poster, use it for it's purpose, and have it framed locally. Absolutely fantastic!
