when we ordered this response card, it was made to match the invitation. However, when we received the card, we overlooked the fact that the side that the receiver had to write a response on was very dark and ink would be hard to see. After a call to customer service, we were able to reverse the wording so the response side would be white. We were treated so nice and the customer service rep helped us so much. Your "satisfaction guarantee" was truly a welcome feature. Printing was wonderful with a very high quality professional look.
