I can't find a planner that I like, so I created my own in an A5 grid paper notebook that I purchased. I draw out the month on the left hand page, and I will use Post Its on the right hand page to handle my weekly schedules, lists that I make, and other specific post its that I will also be adding.

I was very pleased with the product. On this particular one, the light grey has a pinky/magenta tone to it. The darker the black the better though. So I would have to be careful with light gradient in the future. Not sure whether they are printed CMYK or RGB.
