The program to enter the names was very easy to use. The chart looked beautiful once we used rubber cement to mount it on a board. I would recommend the company to send the charts in a tube because ours did arrive wrinkled at the top. We did order and get the heavyweight matte paper. The quality was good, the packaging of the product needs to be improved. The colors were outstanding! The print was great quality and easy to read. It turned out very good.
