White and Green Queen Anne's Lace Flower Square Paper Coaster
On a trip to Nova Scotia, I came across a field of Queen Anne's Lace. This delicate flower makes one think of the beautiful laces from the preeminent lace making centres in Italy, Flanders, and France. The intricate white patterns are offset by the green leaves. I love taking close-ups of flowers so you can see them from a new and different perspective.

I ordered these customized cardboard coasters when a lounge area was added to our reception. The design and quality is so beautiful that I might order more for the bars!!! My only complaint is they are a bit pricy for cardboard bar ware (-1 star). But I doubt I will care when I see them at our wedding. I imagine some of our guests might take one or two home as souvenirs from our wedding. I know we will!! The finish is more matte than I expected. But the print is clear and the colors are rich so I do not consider this to be a quality issue.
