White and Grey House Rules Pedestal Sign

Everyone will be clear on what your house rules are when you have them posted on a pedestal sign. At the top of the sign, there's a white house. The display text next to the house says 'House Rules' Under the house, there are 9 rules: 1. If you drop it, pick it up. 2. If you take it out, put it back 3. If you turn it on, turn it off. 4. If you open it, close it. 5. If you break it, fix it. 6. If you can't fix it, find someone who can. 7. If you soiled it, wash it. 8. If you make a mess, clean it up. 9. If it's not yours, leave it alone.
