I was very excited to find your website which gave me the ability to custom design a watch for a friend's retirement. The website is very easy to use and I found just what I wanted. The options for customization are fabulous! I was disappointed when I finally received the watch. An important part of this customization was a personalized message to my friend. When designing the watch online, it appeared to me to be the right size font for the face of the watch. It wasn't. What disappoints me is that the person(s) who made the watch could have reached out to me or Zazzle to point this out and it could have been fixed. As it is now, you literally can't read the message without magnification.
