This T-Shirt of Movement joy was created in honour of my Whole Body Hamstring course. The idea was sparked by one of the Conscious Play practices and the wise words of a student who wanted a reminder of the movements without the glow of a device screen. In all honesty the term "mug of movement" was coined by this same student.
