The antique wallpaper design looks great on most gifts. It's all in earth tones -- rich tans, browns, and earthy greens and pinks. It's quite a stunning floral design from one of the most famous 18th century British wallpaper designer, William Morris. The flowers are muted pinks -- earth tones, an old pink colour. The beautiful green leaves wind their way through the floral design. The background is a deep tan -- almost a brown colour, aged just like it should be for wallpaper that's over 120 years old.
About the William Morris Pink & Rose Pattern
The exquisite floral pattern was designed by famous 18th century textile and wallpaper designer William Morris. William Morris' designs are inspired by nature, as he saw it in the English countryside with native flowers and plants. The floral pattern is very complex; colours are rich pinks, greens, and tans, and was originally hand-printed block wallpaper. A sophisticated pattern for the times, Pink and Rose was designed around 1890. Typical to his style, these were native garden flowers that were repeated to produce a pattern for the wallpaper.

Very impressive product! The canvas is sturdily made. It features a saw tooth hanger on the back, making it easy to "try out" the canvas in several rooms until I found the best location. It attracts good comments from my friends. I love it! The printing is wonderful! Colors are as bright and crisp as they appeared on the website.

I bought this for our own home. It turned out beautifully, and I would recommend it to anyone who has concerns about the quality of the product. The printing turned out perfect. I did have some concerns how printing would turn out. Would the colors be accurate to the original painting's colors ? Yes. Would the sides look right? Yes. Would the bend affect the presentation? No, it's beautiful.
I took these pictures hurriedly, on a dark, rainy day, and the room is not particularly light any time. Regretfully, the photos do not do justice to the artwork.
