William Morris Vintage Acanthus and Vine Magnet

The design on this product was inspired by Acanthus and Vine designed in 1879 by William Morris an English textile designer who lived from 1834 to 1896. Morris was a major contributor to the revival of traditional British textile arts and methods of production. Much of his work can be found in art galleries and museums and his designs are still in production. Although best known in his lifetime as a poet, Morris is recognised as one of the most significant cultural figures of Victorian Britain.
