This is a poster print from an original Matthew Gauvin Oil landscape painting. The painting depicts Willoughby lake in Westmore, VT. It shows a view from the south end of the lake looking out at Mount Pisgah and Mount Hor as the sun heads towards the horizon in the late afternoon sky. The foreground is dappled with gorgeous rocks and flowers while the water ripples onto shore. The image is dominantly a blue green colour scheme but an overall feeling of warmth as warmer colours dance over the forms.
