Women's T-shirt - wisdom - silence - enlightenment

A T-shirt with a wise phrase: "Only in Silence can Wisdom be Heard." Everyone wants to be more wise, but if we are so busy checking our text messages, or chatting aimlessly with friends, then we do not create a space of silence, where we can either hear wise words from those who are more knowledgeable than ourselves, or take time to read from a well-respected spiritual book, or take the time in the morning for a mediation on a virtue - where we listen - carefully - for words of wisdom "magically" appear in our mind. The students of Pythagoras had to remain silent for the first five years of their training. That was important, because their first duty was to LISTEN, not to speak. They were surrounded by those who had greater wisdom. So it was important to listen to what they had to say.
