Worn metal surface Case-Mate iPhone case

This looks like a very sturdy case for my iPhone 4. The material seems durable and the inserted rubber lining will surely provide goog protection to the phone even in case I might drop it. Ports and buttons are well accessible. Compared to the iPhone without a case, it makes it a somewhat chunkier item, but I guess that is to be expected from a sturdy case. Since the rubber lining is black and visible around the edge of the case, it goes nicely with my black phone, but I think if I had a white phone I would not really like it. So if your phone is white or you are very keen on preserving your phone's sleek shilouette, you might prefer the Barely There product or a slim case from a different brand. Shipping was slow for me as I ordered through the US site and had it shipped to Europe using standard shipping. The print looks very realistic and true to color, a tiny bit more saturated in real life than on my computer screen. I think it is clever to have a worn surface design because real scratches that the case may acquire will camouflage into the photo :)

So gorgeous, from the day I got it, I've gotten so many compliments on it! The two layers (black rubber-like material, and the hard shell) are very sturdy, especially important for a habitually clumsy person like me! The "bumps" (on the inside rubber part of this case) for where the buttons are on the iPhone match perfectly, and aren't a hindrance or extra struggle. The rubber itself isn't stiff at all, which makes an easy time of taking the case on and putting it back on again! Overall, LOVE IT! The printing overall was great! Just appears more stretched out on the sides then the back.

I had the same case in the thin model, which cracked and chipped over time, offering little protection. This case so far offers more protection. It is bulkier than I thought, but I got used to it quick. It takes effort to push the power button, but it's a good case. The image has a shiny yellow tint; I was hoping the flag picture would resemble the image as much as possible, like matte rustic wood.
