    The beautiful pattern by HomeWare on this giant Mug was made from an original photograph of yellow orchids in the afternoon sunlight. The orchid flowers have pale yellow petals with red to purple centres. A dark green stem winds its way up through the centre of the blooms. The pastel background is made up of shades of pink blending into pale green. A few light green leaves of an aloe plant can be seen in a corner. When the photo is combined to make the pattern, the floral design becomes a garden of orchids with the pink glow of the afternoon sun in the centre.

    Purchase of the 7th Cavalry Mug was a last minute addition to my purchases and I am really pleased I acquired the Mug. The one I purchased was a "large" but wow, it is large - Extremely well made and just to Mug to put down at a coffee time with a bunch of mates. Early days, but the colours and motifs (there are two) withstand the washing and look great.
