This is the Yemaya who made the ocean. Yemaya is the cold water, which is why their children are more fortunate in the winter months. Yemaya is also known as Okute Odofe Okute Iyagba, Tthis Yemaya lives in the coastal reefs and born in Oggunda Melli. It is known as "The goalkeeper Olokun." She lives in the reefs of the coast but can be found for the river, at sea, in the lagoon or in the bush. Liz Loz draws inspiration of this description to create this beautiful image using many tones of blues.
