Yeowga Surf Yoga Fitness Mat Pop up Practice

As a dad to three wonderful but crazy children, my dream is to surf and exercise regularly. In reality, this quite often isn't the case! The Yeowga Surf Yoga Mat was born out of this dream; being able to throw the mat down in my kitchen and do '30 pop ups' and 5 mins of 'downward dog' is perfect for me, who definitely has limited time on his hands!
