Young Girls at the Piano by Pierre Renoir Ceramic Tree Decoration
Young Girls at the Piano (1892) by Renoir is a vintage impressionism fine art musical family portrait painting. Two sisters playing music on the piano. The musicians are reading their sheet music as they learn this instrument. Renoir was commissioned to make these paintings for a new French museum in the early 1890's and created a series of five paintings of "Young Girls at the Piano" taking great care in their detail.
About the artist:
Pierre-Auguste Renoir (1841-1919) was a leading painter in the development of the Impressionist style. Renoir's paintings are noteable for their vibrant light and saturated colour, most often focusing on people in intimate and candid compositions.

I love the symbolism in this piece! The olive branches and flowers reminding us of Gethsemane and the joy of the resurrection. The candle reminding us of Christ's light and love. I've dropped it a few times already and it has held together nicely. Couldn't be more pleased with this product! Would definitely buy again. The printing was as expected on the front. Clear colors. The back where the artist put her brand name was a bit faded, but still readable.

I always worry when I order something customized, but this was just as I'd hoped it would be. My grandson will love it,. I spelled words wrong on purpose and they printed it just as it was entered.
