This ornament is very high-quality and exceeds expectations I had. It isn’t cheap and flimsy. It is a solid piece that will be a life-long keepsake. I can’t thank the artists and production team enough! The images are clear and perfectly placed the finish a superior gloss. It is definitely a high-end piece.

The end result of this ornament is very nice. But I can't give five stars because it took three separate orders to get it right. For some reason the production department kept doing the wrong item, one without a frame and the hole to hang it ended up in an unacceptable location in the pic. Good thing I started early as it is a Christmas gift. Customer Service was awesome, though, in helping me end up with the right one. As always, the printing turned out very well (on all three attempts).
