I am not tech saavy and managed to create the ornament without chopping off heads or having ribbon through someone's eye. The previews were helpful ...photo a bit blurry but overall, happy with the resulting keepsake. The image itself did come out on ornament a bit blurry, don't know if there was something I should have done differently, when it was uploaded, or whether it would have looked that way anyway...still happy with it, overall
