This darling art was created by Tyler who’s journey with CHOC started even before his birth. He was diagnosed with truncus arteriosus at just 22 weeks gestation, he’s been under the exceptional care of CHOC professionals from the very beginning. Tyler underwent his first surgery at only 5 days old, followed by a cardiac catheterisation at 4 months. Since then, he has returned to CHOC multiple times each year for echocardiograms and check-ups. Tyler loves hockey, baseball, In-n-Out and monster trucks. Art Mentor: Angie Balius

I’m not sure why it says photo Notebook. It is a great size to keep close by to jot little ideas or notes, etc in. It looks so nice and colorful I don’t mind taking it anywhere. It is college ruled and not full size, so it is very handy. I have to confess I have read the Roxanne book and loved it, so I was delighted when I saw this picture as an option. It is so cheery and bright. the art work is excellent and I love the colors
