    These rare, historic, 'I Got Drunk and Voted Millard Fillmore' shirts were handed out to voters during the 1856 presidential campaign. Why? Other than his adorable name, Millard Fillmore didn't have a lot going for him until he handed out whiskey shots at polling stations. After emptying their glasses, voters were encouraged to "Fill more" and vote Millard for President. Allegedly.
