ordered this product multiple times for an award.

I never received the item

I loved this JOY ornament, however putting a photo inside the letter O wasn't really possible. I had to delete the background and crop it to go behind the letter O. Since it was still in a square photo, it showed under the letter. Even so, I liked it enough to keep for the family.

Such a sweet keepsake for a first‑time grandma. The design is adorable, the quality is great, and ‘Mimi’s Pride and Joy’ made her smile instantly. Perfect little gift.

We thought we lost package in transit and company sent a replacement. Original package finally arrived after several weeks! My SIL loved it! I had purchased several of these blocks and they all turned out beautifully!

My hubby loved it! Had purchased quite a few of these blocks and all are great! Packaged well and arrived on time.

My item didn’t come with the key chain part. It only came with the acrylic photo.

Unfortunately, I am not happy with this product. It arrived incomplete and what I ordered was a keychain and it arrived without the chain I would like to receive a refund or a replacement if possible, thank you.

My family was delighted with this ornament celebrating their 1 year old and 3 year old! It really will commemorate their growing together!

My granddaughter loved her ornament. I so glad I bought this personalized ornament rather than just a general cheerleader one. She was surprised with the reverse side having her picture on the ornament.

The printing came out perfectly, the acrylic has such a great look. The only fault is the adhesive tape between the two sides. It does not stay attached, and I've had to superglue the two sides together.

I cannot review the product because I never received any product! I even initiated a replacement product and again it has not arrived. I will never place an order with this company again for any items. I have yet to get any satisfaction with tracking or from customer service as to what has happened twice. Beware.

The workmanship was good, however, it was supposed to be double - sided and it wasn't. I did get a replacement sent though and it was correct.

After hanging it on the christmas tree the couple decided they needed 2 more for their rearview mirrors in their cars

But fpr one detail, I would give a 5 star rating. The backing of the strap was fraying around the hole on the strap. As long as it is attached to an item and not removed often, it should be OK. It was a gift, and I hesitated to give it for this reason.

The three sections from which the tags were made had completely separated by the time I received them.
