Wonderful Quality and great Flipscript experience!

I paid extra for expedited shipping and they did not arrive when promised. So, I am on my trip and have yet to see these tags. Very disappointed.

Placed the order Nov 29, the item was shipped Dec 2. It is Jan 3 today and I still have not received it :(

This ornament is so precious... our very well loved family member crossed the rainbow bridge just before Thanksgiving 2024, and this is a beautiful way to keep him with us.

I ordered 2 personalized luggage tags and only received 1 in my shipment. I communicated with Zazzle and was informed a replacement was processed. I have heard nothing since Dec. 19. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my newly engaged niece. The one I received was great. I was upset that my order was not correct, but very disappointed in the follow up.
