Of nature, we're instinctively drawn to what the natural environment provides. A short stroll through a park, a quiet walk in the woods, observing sheep graze or horses gallop - we feel alive, wonder and awe awakened. From the beginning, in nature we were challenged to survive, in nature we developed resourcefulness and resilience - tools to move us forward, Spring into Summer, Summer into Fall. And it continues, with a reminder of nature's beauty and persistence, we're renewed, humbled, inspired - and made hopeful again. As a clinical psychologist I encourage a 'nature connection' for clients. In Nature Note Cards are an extension of that effort. Sending a card to someone you care about is your way of sharing the feelings of well being nature provides. Thank you.
