About
I came back art during a strange chapter of my life. I realized that I have fragmented insomnia, and during cognitive therapy I was only allowed to be in bed for the number of hours I actually slept — six. That left long stretches of awake time. I picked up The Art of Silliness and Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain, and in that space between exhaustion and curiosity, I rediscovered art. I love color, tiny details, and twisting the familiar into something playful and slightly strange. I move between realism and silliness, and photography too — all of it is part of the same impulse to notice the world closely and interpret with imagination.
Art became more than a pastime; it became joy that needs to be shared. It’s how I turn quiet observation into something visible and how I bring humor and warmth into ordinary moments. My work is about making people smile, pause, and “smiggle” — that little mix of smirk and giggle when something feels unexpectedly delightful. My Zazzle shop is a collection of that spirit: colorful, detailed, whimsical pieces that celebrate seeing the familiar with fresh eyes. Every design starts from the same place — curiosity, play, and the belief that small moments of wonder can brighten a day.
