Digiwrap

I ordered custom bags for a client event and didn’t realize there would be printing on the backside. The front has my client logo the rear has a generic wedding logo. I would expect the seller to reasonably understand no one would intentionally place an order this way and reach out for clarification. Imagine my surprise when I receive bags that I cannot use. I am extremely disappointed and upset as this was not a cheap order.

Love it, but packaging is lacking. The matte texture is super cool and the printing/customization is wonderful. That being said, this is the second gift bag in a row I have received bent/crushed gift bag. Both times the gift bags arrived in a bubble mailer without anything stiff to protect the gift bag in transit. I love Zazzle and hope they see this review.

Love this pattern! The rice paper applies beautifully.
